Account and Data Deletion Policy

This policy outlines how users of Pulsetray can request the deletion of their account and associated personal data, in compliance with Google Play Store guidelines and data privacy standards.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request the permanent deletion of your Pulsetray account and associated data, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@pulsetray.com.
  2. Send the email from the exact address associated with your Pulsetray account.
  3. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".

Once we receive your request, our team will process the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

What Data is Deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove the data that personally identifies you and operates your account. This includes:

  • Account Information: Your email address, profile name, and authentication credentials.
  • API Credentials: All generated API keys and access tokens.
  • App Data: All configured Sources, Categories, Profiles, and registered Devices.
  • Notification History: All saved notifications in your tray, including any attached media (images, videos, and GIFs).

What Data is Retained

We may retain certain types of data after account deletion for legitimate business, legal, or security purposes. This includes:

  • Financial Records: Information regarding subscription payments and billing history is securely retained for tax, accounting, and legal compliance purposes (typically up to 7 years, depending on jurisdiction) with our payment gateway.
  • Anonymized Analytics & Logs: Server logs, rate-limiting history, and general usage analytics are retained to ensure system security, prevent fraud, and monitor infrastructure performance.
